Yes. We supply to the public, trade account and non-account customers alike.
Yes. We offer a trade account and a trade elite account option to eligible businesses. Depending on the type and volume of your spend, this can also involve an applicable trade discount. Please call one of our team and we’ll be happy to discuss.
Yes. Delivery is available within 30 miles by road from our premises (in between Worcester and Pershore) subject to certain postcode restrictions. Generally we cover all of Worcestershire, North Gloucestershire, West Warwickshire, East Herefordshire and the southern part of the West Midlands area. To check whether you are eligible for delivery please use our postcode checker.
We’re proud to be a local business and can’t cover the entire the country but if you are just out of range please feel free to contact us and discuss your requirements.
There is also the option to collect directly from us. We’re open six days a week and are always ready for yard collections.
Simply click add items to quote as you go through the website. When you’re done head to the quote builder by clicking on the trolley icon in the top right of the website. Check your basket and click proceed to quote. This will give you a summary cost for all your items – inclusive of VAT. If you require delivery this will be added to your quote and confirmed by the CJC Sales Team.
Once you’ve checked your basket and clicked proceed to quote, add in your details – including your postcode. Select delivery or collection and add in any extra information that we need to know – especially if we’re delivering to a construction site. Click send quote to CJC team and we’ll be back in touch to confirm the order including the final price, adding in any delivery charges / applying any trade discounts. We’ll also confirm stock and arrange the collection or delivery date.
We’re working on it, but because of the bulky nature of the products we sell, we have to look at the type of product you need, the volume you require, where you are based and the type of lorry that we need to fulfil your order – for now our helpful humans in the CJC office are better at working this out for you.
– Pay on account (CJC trade account customers only)
– Payment by Debit/Credit Card
– Payment via BACS
– Cash on delivery / collection
Yes of course. Our sales teams are in the office ready to help.
But we’ve worked hard on our website to show you all the products we have available. The quote builder will let you cost up a project as you go along. You can also toggle between showing the price with or without VAT and add or change items in your basket until you’re ready to submit your order.
If a product is a stocked line the website will allow you to add that product to your quote.
If a product is not a stocked line the website will still allow you to add that product to your quote but you’ll also see a message saying “Please note that this is a special order item which means the product is supplied to order”.
Our team will advise stock availability and lead times when they confirm your order.
We have three Hiab vehicles offering crane offload, ranging from a small nimble 7.5t wagon capable of carrying up to 3 Bulk Bags, to our two traditional Builders Merchant sized Hiab lorries carrying up to 9 or 14 Bulk Bags. We run two small 4 wheeler tipper lorries that can carry up to 11t, perfect for getting into domestic properties.
Meet the fleet.
Yes. To ensure a smooth lorry bulk delivery it’s important to prepare the site in advance. First, make sure there’s clear access for the delivery vehicle, especially for larger loads. The route should be free of obstacles and able to support the vehicle’s weight. If space is limited, ensure there’s an area where the bulk materials can be safely unloaded. If you’re unsure about access, it’s a good idea to discuss it with us beforehand, so we can help you plan accordingly.
We endeavour to deliver within 48 hours if the goods being ordered are in stock. Due to the seasonal nature of our business this can extend to 72 hours during peak season.
We can also do named day bookings in advance.
We don’t offer designated time slots but we will do our best to work to your timings when we plan our loads. It’s best to speak to the team if you have specific requirements.
All our vehicles carry trackers so we can keep up to date with their progress and advise you if unexpected delays occur.
Yes. You can pick up individual products, packs, maxi bags, bulk bags and loose materials.
When picking up from the CJC yard, make sure to have your order details ready for quick processing, if you’re turning up without an order it’s best to phone ahead to make sure we have your item in stock.
Make sure your vehicle is appropriate for the load and weight you’re collecting and always follow any instructions on-site to ensure a smooth and safe pickup experience.
Please ensure you are on site at least 30 minutes before closing time for any yard collections.
We can accommodate all sizes of vehicles.
For loose collections please park your vehicle on the smaller CJC weighbridge, located outside of our office, and enter the shop on the ground floor where you will be weighed in. If your vehicle is too long for our standard weighbridge located outside of our shop, then we will redirect you to a larger farm weighbridge which can easily weigh vehicles such as tractors, trailers and articulated lorries.
For all other collections upon arrival please park up in the visitor car park, come into the shop and check in with our friendly team who will guide you to the right area for collection and loading.
We have a minimum order value of £50inc. VAT for delivery. Please also note that for loose product we require a minimum order of 4 tonnes or 4m³ (in the case of compost and hardwood chip) for delivery.Â
Give one of the team a call. It will depend on what you’ve ordered – if it was a stocked line or a special order and when it’s planned for delivery but we’ll do our best to amend and help you.
We do not accept returns on any Special Order items including Paving of any sort.
If the item is a standard stocked line then we can accept returns provided that the goods are in 100% resaleable condition and, where appropriate, in their original packaging. This will be subject to a collection charge for the delivery and a 10% restocking charge.
We actively recycle Aggregates, Topsoil and Compost. Some of our Decorative Aggregates and Composite products are also made from recycled materials. Look out for the recycled materials icon on the product pages.
