Raising funds for the MNDA

www.justgiving.com/fundraising/richard-sadler54 It has been 10 years since my great friend Simon passed away from MND. I have talked about doing something to fundraise for all of those ten years and now the second new hip has been fitted it's the right time at 54 years young to get off my backside and then sit on my backside and cycle 100 miles! The RideLondon100 is a mass participation bike ride with over 27,000 participants. It starts in Central London on closed roads and heads out on a big loop into Essex, returning (for me about 6 plus hours later I hope!) and finishing back in Central London. It will be a challenge of course but nothing compared to what each and every individual with MND faces. MND has been in the news a great deal recently through the amazing work of Kevin Sinfield, Rob Burrow, Doddie Wier and now Ed Slater. Please help me in raising some monies to both fund the research into this hideous disease and also to improve the life and care for those living with MND. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity. Please copy and paste the link above! Thank you so much. Richard
